Roofing Rehab ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through roofing-rehab.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or quote form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you need, and your message. If you call or email us, we keep the information you share so we can respond and serve you. Because we work with property owners on insurance-related projects, this may include insurance details you choose to share, such as your insurance company, policy or claim number, adjuster contact information, and photos or descriptions of your property and damage.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location. This is gathered using cookies and similar technologies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or property.
When you submit a form or contact us, we may respond by phone, text message, or email. We may use automated tools, including AI-assisted message helpers, to send acknowledgments, follow-up questions, appointment reminders, and scheduling messages about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We advertise online through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. We use conversion measurement, and we may use remarketing or similar advertising features, which means that third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, may place or read cookies, pixels, or similar technologies on your browser to measure our ads and to show you our ads on other sites and apps based on your past visits to this Site. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment card numbers, or similar highly sensitive data through our forms or by email. If we need insurance or claim details, we will tell you how to share them.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling (208) 818-0482. Residents of some states have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests.
